On Thursday, Iraq's Finance Committee, chaired by Atwan Al-Atwani, convened with its members and the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), Ali Al-Alaq, to discuss monetary policy, the banking system, and methods to increase the value of the Iraqi dinar.
Al-Atwani stressed the importance of monitoring the economic file and monetary policy based on oversight principles. He highlighted the necessity of finding appropriate solutions to the obstacles facing the Central Bank's operations.
The Committee expressed its desire to coordinate with the Central Bank to enhance the value of the Iraqi dinar, stabilize the market to alleviate the burden on citizens, and address deficits.
The Central Bank Governor reviewed the economic and monetary aspects, emphasizing the establishment of fundamental rules to monitor transfers and analyze cash operations. He commended the Finance Committee's role in monitoring the country's financial and economic movements.
The Committee discussed with the Central Bank Governor the adopted international standards, future plans to improve banking institutions, possibilities for expanding relations with international banks, restructuring the banking sector, transitioning towards electronic payments, and the potential amendment of the Central Bank law.

Investors of the wold who have bought paper money to enhance the financial and structural status of Iraq, are waiting for the revaluation of Iraqi Dinar while was during Saddam Period.

Why can't you just say that the people selling you the notes convinced you that you'd make lots of money?
I don't think Iraq is sending out these rumors as that means more and more of their money would be LEAVING Iraq....which would only then hurt their own economy....right? So I believe they truly are expecting their Dinar to go up.......the question is when. Evidently, people have been told for 20 years it is going up at any time now......hmmmmm......I'd love to hear some knowledgable input.
CBI determines the value of Iraq Dinar.Forget about rumors from gurus who just take up time & space. Just put your Iraq Dinar in a safe deposit bank and wait and see what happens.

Iraqi paper money is as good a Monopoly Game money. I just didnt get enough when I was there in 1990 1991.
well one day it will happen , we just have to be patient and choose who we would listen to . it happen one day with Germany and Kuwait.
We didn’t go to war in Iraq for the people, Everybody knows the resources that this area has, With current technology they have the ability to build buildings extremely quick. Certain people in the world That put a lot of money within the last few years let’s just say for their certain purpose. They’re gonna want to cash in on there Projects. Now it’s biblical, I understand this if you have let’s just say well more than an abundance of money maybe you think you’re just better than everybody and so you want to play the role of some powerful person. Well don’t be fooled people with a lot of money know what this area is worth The war over there had nothing to do with terrorists??♂️
