Who Is Playing Who In The Great Iraq Carve-Up?
Last week's announcement that the China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC, Energy China) is to work with the French firm TotalEnergies on the roll-out of the 1-gigawatt solar power project at the Ratawi [Artawi] field in Basra has come as something of a surprise, to say the least.
