The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced 260 scholarships provided by the Russian Federation for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The scholarships cover a range of disciplines for undergraduate, master's, and Ph.D. levels, available to both employees and non-employees.
Applications are open until Sunday, December 15, 2024, with specific details on fields of study and application requirements accessible via the scholarship portal.
