The country is gradually building its infrastructure and enacting laws and regulations to reflect current technological changes. As Iraq embarks on this path, it is crucial to assess the current state of its digital transformation, which comes from both the Iraqi government's commitment to modernizing infrastructure and services, private sector players, and the support of international institutions.
