Ukraine Appoints New Ambassador to Iraq

By John Lee. Ukrainian President has named a new ambassador to Iraq. In a statement on Friday, Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Ivan Ivanovych Dovganych [Dovhanych] to the role.
