Iraq Stock Exchange

  • The ISX announced the signing of an MoU with the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA), joining a regional network of major Arab stock markets. Mr. Zulfiqar Hafez Jaber, Chairman of the Board of Governors, emphasized that this agreement represents a strategic step toward enhancing transparency and developing disclosure practices and investor relations in accordance with the best international standards. This will contribute to increasing investor confidence, attracting investments, and supporting the national economy.
  • Al-Khatem Telecoms (TZNI) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024, every Thursday at the company's HQ from Sep. 25 to Oct. 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The company decided in its recent AGM (Sep. 9, 2025) to distribute IQD0.094 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 3.0% dividend yield.
  • ISX suspended trading of the first issuance of Emaar bonds (the category of 500,000 dinars) starting from Sep. 25, 2025.
  • ISX suspended trading of the first issuance of Binaa bonds (the category of 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Sep. 25, 2025.
  • The AGM of Modern Sewing (IMOS) has been postponed to Oct. 1 due to a lack of quorum.

  • Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance (NGIR) resumed trading on Sep. 21 after holding its AGM on Aug. 8 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements.
  • Union Bank (BUOI) resumed trading on Sep. 22 after holding its AGM on Sep. 13 in which they discussed and approved 2023 & 2024 annual financial statements and elected seven original and seven alternative board members.
  • AHliya For Insurance (NAHF) resumed trading on Sep. 23 after holding its AGM on Sep. 3 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements and elected three reserve members.
  • New shares of National Islamic Bank (BNAI) from the capital increase to IQD400.0 bn through a 12.54% rights issue and a 1.42% bonus issue will resume trading on Sep. 28.
  • Trans Iraq Bank (BTRI) will resume trading on Sep. 28 after holding its AGM on Sep. 23 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements.
  • Al-Ameen Estate Investment (SAEI) will resume trading on Sep. 28 after holding its AGM on Sep. 22 in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements.

  • ISX suspended trading of Gulf Commercial Bank (BGUC) starting Sep. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 29 to discuss and approve increasing the paid-in capital from IQD300.0 bn to IQD400.0 bn through a 33.33% rights issue, and electing two original and two alternative board members.
  • ISX suspended trading of Elaf Islamic Bank (BELF) starting Sep. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 29 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Kharkh Tour Amusement City (SKTA) starting Sep. 25 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 30 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increasing the paid-in capital by IQD100 mn according to article 55/fourth.
  • ISX will suspend trading of AL- Kindi of Veterinary Vaccines Drugs (IKLV) starting Sep. 30 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 5 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD5.94 bn to IQD6.33 bn through a 6.56% bonus issue.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Ameen Insurance (NAME) starting Oct. 7 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 11 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increase the paid-in capital from IQD5.0 bn to IQD6.25 bn through a 25.0% bonus issue.
