Iraq's Supercell Network has announced that it will the exclusive agent for US-based Genesys in Iraq.
Genesys offers Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Omni-channel solutions to improve connectivity between businesses and customers, with a focus on artificial intelligence such as chat bots, voice bots, and data analytics tools.
According to a statement, this partnership represents a strategic move for Supercell Internet Services, which will contribute to delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience, from recruiting agents to achieving outstanding performance according to Key Performance Indicators and Service-Level Agreements (SLA).
