Al-Uroush Automotive has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Japan's Mazda Motor Corporation.
The signing ceremony, held in Hiroshima, Japan, was attended by Dr. Sabah Abdul Latif Salem, Chief Executive Officer of Al-Uroush, and Mr. Manabu Osuga, Global Sales and Marketing Director at Mazda.
Under this strategic partnership, Al-Uroush will be the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in Iraq, offering a range of Japanese-made models.
The first phase will include the opening of two branches in Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah, providing comprehensive services from new car sales to after-sales support and spare parts.
The second phase will expand to Erbil and Basra, aiming to make Mazda vehicles accessible throughout the country.
