  • A cross transaction occurred on 24.95 bn shares of Al-Anssari Islamic Bank (BANS), valued at IQD1.25 bn, on Sep. 14, corresponding to 10.0% of BANS's capital.
  • The ISC board decided in its eighth session held on Aug. 30 to approve the listing, deposit, and trading of the shares of Amwaj International Real Estate Investments Holding on ISX's regular market.
  • Al-Hamraa for Insurance (NHAM) disclosed that the decline of its share price during the Sep. 9 and Sep. 10 sessions was due to the completion of the capital increase procedures on Sep. 8, increasing the capital from IQD25.0 bn to IQD40.0 bn through a 60.0% bonus issue, noting that there are no other material reasons and that the movement is a matter of supply and demand for the share.
  • Al-Hamraa for Insurance (NHAM) completed the legal procedures of amending Article (Fourth) of its articles of association, increasing the company's capital from IQD25.0 bn to IQD40.0 bn through a 60.0% bonus issue.
  • The ISC approved Credit Bank of Iraq's (BROI) request for a two-month extension, starting from Sep. 13, to list the new shares issued through the 6.05% bonus issue and complete the capital increase procedures.
  • According to the ISC decision on Sep. 14, ISX transferred the trading of Ameen Al-Iraq Islamic Bank (BAME) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Non-Regular Market (NRM) starting Sep. 15, after the bank submitted its 2025 annual financial statements and paid the due fine.
  • ISX decided to exclude the price of the last trade executed on Kharkh Tour Amuzement City (SKTA) shares during the Sep. 16 session, which was executed at IQD4.400 per share on 100 shares at 12:50:04 and appeared as the closing price, so the closing price became IQD4.450 per share, without cancelling the trade.
  • Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank (BIME) disclosed that what has been circulated and published on social media does not represent an official position or announcement issued by the bank, noting that any discussions or decisions relating to a merger or a material change in the bank's structure or status are subject to the applicable legal frameworks, instructions and controls, and cannot proceed without first obtaining the proper approvals from the Central Bank of Iraq and the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Al-Anssari Islamic Bank (BANS) disclosed that what has been circulated and published on social media and some media platforms does not represent an official position issued by the bank, confirming that any discussions or decisions related to a merger, or any material change in the bank's structure or legal status, are fully subject to the applicable legal frameworks, legislation, and regulations, and in line with the approved supervisory requirements. The bank added that it cannot proceed with any of these procedures except after obtaining the formal approvals from the Central Bank of Iraq and the relevant authorities.
  • Al-Qabedh Islamic Bank for Finance and Investment (BQAB) disclosed that what has been circulated and published on social media does not represent an official position or announcement issued by the bank, confirming that any discussions or decisions related to a merger, or any material change in the bank's structure or status, are subject to the applicable legal frameworks, instructions, and regulations, and cannot proceed except after obtaining the formal approvals from the Central Bank of Iraq and the relevant supervisory authorities.
  • The National Company for Food Industries (INFF) started trading on Sep. 17 on the ISX-OTC market as a new listing in the industry sector, with a capital of IQD15.04 bn.

  • ISX suspended trading of Iraqi for Tufted Carpets (IITC) starting Sep. 13 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 16 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Asia Al Iraq Islamic Bank for Investment (BAIB) starting Sep. 14 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 17 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and merging with Al Mal Islamic Bank for Investment (BMAL).
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance (BQUR) starting Sep. 15 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 18 to discuss and approve increasing the capital through a 20.0% (56/Fourth - through external sources) from IQD250.0 bn to IQD300.0 bn.
  • ISX suspended trading of Modern Sewing (IMOS) starting Sep. 16 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 21 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Rajih Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance (BRAJ) starting Sep. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 22 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al Janoob Islamic Bank (BJAB) starting Sep. 22 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 27 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the board members from seven to nine, and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of National Islamic Bank (BNAI) starting Sep. 29 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 3 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the board members from seven to nine, and electing two original and five alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Mansour Pharmaceutical Ind. (IMAP) starting Oct. 4 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 7 to discuss and approve increasing the capital from IQD18.56 bn to IQD25.06 bn through a 35.0% rights issue.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Ahlyia for Agricultural Prod. (AAHP) starting Oct. 7 due to the AGM that will be held on Oct. 12 to discuss and approve the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended Mar. 31, 2026, and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Almaseer Insurance Company (NMAS)(OTC) starting Sep. 15 due to the AGM that will be held on Sep. 15 to discuss and approve increasing the capital from IQD13.0 bn to IQD20.0 bn through a 30.8% bonus issue and a 23.1% rights issue. The company resumed trading on Sep. 16.
