An investment contract has been signed for the Abraaj Al-Ameriya residential project in Baghdad, a development comprising 1,620 housing units in the Ameriya district, behind the American University of Baghdad.
The project will be executed by Al-Ab'ad Al-Dhahabiya for Investment and Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Al-Kamil Holding Group.
According to the National Investment Commission (NIC), the contract was signed under investment licence No. 496/2025, issued on 1 October 2025. The signing was attended by NIC Chairman Adel Dakhil Muhammad al-Yasiri and Deputy Chairman Salar Muhammad Amin, alongside a company delegation led by Mustafa Kamil Abboud, Chairman of Al-Kamil Holding Group, Dr. Muhannad Kamil Abboud, Managing Director of Al-Ab'ad Al-Dhahabiya, and Youssef Sattar Youssef, Head of the Group's Legal Department.
