Iraq's Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate, part of the Ministry of Oil, is preparing for a licensing round to develop the Al-Nasiriya oil field, and to build a refinery in the area.
These will be considered as a single complete project, and qualified companies will soon be invited to tender.
