Iraq Approves Contract Adjustment for Kirkuk Refinery

Iraq's Council of Ministers has approved converting the contract model for the Kirkuk Refinery's Hydrogenation and Gasoline Improvement Unit (12,000 barrels per day) from a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) to a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model.
