Lukoil to Explore in Iraq?

Lukoil is interested in seeking exploration licenses in Iraq, according to a report from Bloomberg. The company's Chief Executive Officer, Vagit Alekperov, met Iraq's Oil Minister, Abdul Kareem al-Luaibi [Elaibi], in Moscow on Wednesday.
