Trump: US Should Stay in Iraq Taking Oil

Billionaire real estate tycoon and potential Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has said that the United States should stay in Iraq in order to take Iraq's oil and cover the cost of the war, reports the Washington Post.

"In the old days when you had wars, you win, right? You win. To the victor belonged the spoils," Trump said in an interview with Bill O'Reilly on Fox News.

"You stay and protect the oil and you take the oil and you take whatever is necessary for them and you take what's necessary for us and we pay our self back $1.5 trillion or more. We take care of Britain, we take care of other countries that helped us and we don't be so stupid."

"You look at wars over the years… A country goes in, they conquer and they stay… So, in a nutshell, we go in, we take over the second largest oil fields and we stay," he said.

Donald Trump says he will decide by June whether to run for president.

So for years the dinar pumpers have claimed Trump has dinars. I guess this blows that lie out of the water. If we just take their oil the country will suffer and their currency would plummet to the levels of Iran, Vietnam, maybe even Zimbabwe levels.

Maybe Trump has figured out a way to short the dinar.

Wow! He would be a "great" president. Imagine it, the poor people from Iraq and US could go to hell because he don't care about them. He really shouldn't even anounce he is running for president. What a shame!!!

It seems to me Donald Trump has a mind of an pirate. What he is looking for isn't helping and supporting countries he is looking for targets to suck they're assets. Second of all the main cause of invading Iraq had different agendas than the WMD, this may be the cause.

If Trump's Plan to keep the oil and repay us and our allies will strengthen our economy as well as our Allies, then I would be willing to sacrifice my Dinar investment for the good of our Nation.

    Mr. Willbe candidate,
I really am writing to praise you. You'd said it bluntely and straight .You came after our oil ,not our so called freedom. Thus the meaning of freedom wss altered to become " Freedom to access" to iraqi oil ,not Freedom to Iraqi People ".
Thank you so much. You really said what really should'v been said right at the begining.

Mr alqassab, it is an open secret to the world that the Americans will only intervene in a global war if it serves their interest.

    No brainer.

I think it absolutely disgusting that the war that was fought in Iraq was a complete lie, what expenditure came from that war "needless costs of Iraqi and US lives as well as Trillions of dollars" was the last straw. I no longer have a shred of faith or confidence in US government or it's policies! Trump is a heartless business man who cares not for life nor for humanity....Just cold hard cash in hand!

So Trump thinks it is not only acceptable to steal the natural resources of other countries it is imperative that we do because WE NEED THEM!!! This lunatic is not only immoral he is dangerous. If al-Queda and so many moslems are leary of us they will have even more impetus and right to use any kind of terrorism to destroy us and our citizens. So if an American is traveling he or she becomes fair game to violence because being an American is evil. He says the world is laughing at us. Better laughing at us than loathing us and wanting to destroy us because of our policies.
