All that meat coming from Brasil which is re-labelled in the cold storages there and becoming halal meat from other country, will that be stopped?

All the fresh halal beef from EU being relabelled in Turkey and becoming fresh turkish halal beef will be stopped?

Or will Iraq adapt the legislation to contemporary conditions i e like the USA or EU? Or will the current meat cartells continue to operate the same way as they do today?

It is difficult with law enforcement and even more difficult when legislation is outdated and not updated to current market conditions
