Currency Auction Results, 3rd Nov

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) has reported that 17 banks took part in its currency auction on Monday.

A total of $205,334,000 was sold  at a price of 1166 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) per dollar.

    just curious ... I am always reading about the banks participating in auctions .. regarding currency .. what does this have to do, if anything, with an RV ?
