Iraq and France have signed three Memorandums of Intent during a visit by Mustafa Al Kadhimi, Prime Minister of Iraq, to Paris.
According to a statement from the Government of Iraq, the agreements relate to the Baghdad suspension railway project; strengthening the institutional capacities of the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture; and, increasing the admission of Iraqi students to French universities.
