Iraq Stock Exchange

  • Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) has been successfully registered in the National Authentication System (NPKI) as one of the financial sector institutions, pursuant to the notification issued by Digital Technology Source Company, dated Jun. 2, 2026. Rabee Securities (RS) had previously been registered in the same system on Dec. 12, 2025.
  • A cross transaction occurred on 186.0 mn shares of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) on Jun. 22, valued at IQD12.1 bn and corresponding to 6.2% of HMAN's capital.
  • A cross transaction occurred on 316.2 mn shares of Palestine Hotel (HPAL) on Jun. 22, valued at IQD5.9 bn and corresponding to 6.3% of HPAL's capital.
  • New shares of National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) from the capital increase to IQD650.0 bn through a 25.0% bonus issue, resumed trading on Jun. 22.
  • Asiacell (TASC) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2025, starting Jun. 21. The company decided in its recent AGM (May 23, 2026) to distribute IQD1.50 cash dividend per share, corresponding to an 8.7% dividend yield. The branches of the National Bank of Iraq (BNOI) mentioned in the announcement will be available to distribute dividends during official working hours.
  • The ISC approved the request of Babylon Hotel company (HBAY) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • Modern Chemical Industries (IMCI) resumed trading on Jun. 21 after holding its AGM on Jun. 14, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements.
  • According to the ISC decision on Jun. 21, Iraqi Date Processing and Marketing (IIDP), Al-Sadeer Hotel (HSAD), and Iraqi Carton Manufacturies (IICM) were moved from the Regular Market (RM) to the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) and resumed trading on Jun. 23, 2026.
  • Al Ansari Islamic Bank (BANS) will resume trading on Jun. 28 after holding its AGM on May 14, in which they discussed and approved 2024 annual financial statements and the banking reform plan (merger).

Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:

  • ISX suspended trading of Region Trade Bank (BRTB) starting Jun. 23 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 26 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) starting Jun. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Jun. 30 to discuss and approve the details of all companies that submitted proposals for the investment of the hotel and the adjacent land plot.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Mal Islamic Bank (BMAL) starting Jun. 30 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 5 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, electing one original and seven alternative board members, and the merger of Al-Mal Islamic Bank (BMAL) with Asia Al Iraq Islamic Bank (BAIB).
  • ISX will suspend trading of Almaseer lnsurance Company (NMAS) (OTC) starting Jul. 1 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 1 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution. The company will resume trading on Jul. 2.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Kurdistan International Islamic Bank (BKUI) starting Jul. 7 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 10 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and electing nine original and nine alternative board members.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Mansour Pharmaceuticals Industries (IMAP) starting Jul. 8 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 13 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Commercial Islamic Bank of Iraq (BCOI) starting Jul. 14 due to the AGM that will be held on Jul. 18 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD327.6 bn to IQD350.5 bn through a 7.0% bonus issue, the Banking Sector Reform Initiative (continuity pathway), and electing original and alternative board members.
