  • Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) started distributing an IQD0.40 cash dividend per share, to its shareholders, after it was approved by the AGM held on Jul. 7.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • Al-Ameen Financial Investment (VAMF) resumed trading on Aug. 9 after holding its AGM on Aug. 3, in which they discussed and approved the 2025 annual financial statements, and elected five original and five alternative board members.
  • Elaf Islamic Bank (BELF) resumed trading on Aug. 9 after holding its AGM on Aug. 2, in which they approved merging with Al Taif Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance (BTIB), Rajih Islamic Bank for Investment and Finance (BRAJ), and Trust International Islamic Bank (BTRU), increasing the board members from seven to nine original and nine alternative members.
  • Gulf Commercial Bank (BGUC) resumed trading on Aug. 10 after holding its AGM on Jul. 31, in which they discussed and approved the 2025 annual financial statements, and increasing the capital from IQD300.0 bn to IQD325.0 bn through an 8.3% rights issue.
  • Baghdad Hotel (HBAG) resumed trading on Aug. 11 after holding its AGM on Aug. 9, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, and decided to distribute an IQD0.5 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 3.9% dividend yield.
  • Credit Bank of Iraq (BROI) will resume trading on Aug. 16 after holding its AGM on Jul. 30, in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, and increasing the capital from IQD346.87 bn to IQD367.87 bn through a 6.05% bonus issue. The opening price will be IQD0.550 per share.
  • AL Arabiya Islamic Bank (BAAI) will resume trading on Aug. 16 after holding its AGM on Jul. 17, in which they discussed and approved 2024 and 2025 annual financial statements, merging with Sumer Commercial Bank (BSUC), admitting Jordan Islamic Bank as a qualified foreign strategic investor with a stake of no less than 5%, and re-electing seven original and seven alternative board members.

Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:

  • ISX suspended trading of Ready Made Clothes (IRMC) starting Aug. 9 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 12 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX suspended trading of Iraqi Islamic Bank for Investment and Development (BIIB) starting Aug. 10 instead of Aug. 11 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 15 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements and increase the capital from IQD400.0 bn to IQD460.0 bn through a 15.0% bonus issue. The last trading session was amended to Aug. 9 due to the official holiday on Aug. 12.
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Khazer for Construction Materials (IKHC) starting Aug. 10 instead of Aug. 11 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 14 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements and dividend distribution. The last trading session was amended to Aug. 9 due to the official holiday on Aug. 12.
  • ISX suspended trading of Mamoura Real-estate Investment (SMRI) starting Aug. 11 instead of Aug. 12 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 17 to discuss and approve the 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increase the capital from IQD22.78 bn to IQD31.0 bn through a 36.08% rights issue. The last trading session was amended to Aug. 10 due to the official holiday on Aug. 12.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Hamraa for Insurance (NHAM) starting Aug. 17 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 20 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, and increasing the capital through a bonus issue instead of a rights issue.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Khatem Telecoms (TZNI) starting Aug. 20 due to the AGM that will be held on Aug. 26 to discuss and approve 2025 annual financial statements, and dividend distribution.
