The Oil pumped from Iraq is stored at Shore tanks in Ceyhan Turkiah, these tanks are inspected for Quantity & quality and water content, a sample of the oil content is sent to the Lab to test for specification and quality, Oil surveyor from SGS will issue a report to the carrier the nominated ship to carry the oil to the Buyers refinery as FOB / CIF soft offer,
Stoppage of pumping into Ceyhan shore tanks must have a reason it could be due to the Earth Quake that happened in the region of Adana on the South border of Turkiah.
Arbitration of the Agreement signed by Turkiah and Iraq will take effect immediately.
    Thank you & kind regards
