Al-Tahreer Association for Development (TAD) in Iraq intends to Contract a Service Provider to Analyze and Develop it's Strategies and Policies for the next four years, including Training Workshops.
Submission Guidelines:
We invite qualified and interested service providers that meet the requirements stated in the TOR to Submit their Proposals via the association's email - [email protected] - or through direct delivery to the Association's Headquarters in Iraq, Mosul - Alshurta Qr. All required documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope to ensure confidentiality.
