  • On Thursday, the Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) and the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) received Mr. Jalil Tarif, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Securities Authorities, in an official visit. During the visit, Mr. Tarif emphasized the Union's commitment to strengthening cooperation with both entities to serve the development of the securities sector in Iraq and the Arab region. (ISC)
  • Iraqi for Seed Production (AISP) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2022. The company decided in its recent AGM (Nov. 18, 2025) to distribute IQD0.378 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 6.7% dividend yield.

  • Mosul Bank (BMFI) fulfilled ISX's request to explain why the prices touched the higher limit on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15. The bank disclosed that the reason is the announcement of its General Assembly meeting.
  • Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) fulfilled ISX's request to explain why the prices touched the higher limit on Dec. 14 and Dec. 15. The company disclosed that the fundamental events that occurred are the FY23 dividend distribution and that the quarterly budgets for 2024 & 2025 demonstrated that the company achieved profits.
  • ISX suspended trading of the third issuance of Emaar bonds (the category of 500,000 dinars) starting from Dec. 16, 2025.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Shatt Al-Arab Insurance Company (NSHA) (OTC) starting Dec. 30 due to the AGM that will be held on Dec. 30 to discuss and approve increasing the paid-in capital from IQD20.0 bn to IQD30.0 bn through a 50.0% rights issue.   • National Chemical & Plastic Industries (INCP) will resume trading on Dec. 21 after holding its AGM on Dec. 15, in which they discussed and approved 2023 financial statements.

  • ISX will suspend trading of Mosul Bank (BMFI) starting Dec. 28 due to the AGM that will be held on Dec. 31 to discuss and approve 2023 & 2024 annual financial statements, dividend distribution, banking reform plan, and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD252.5 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 7.92% rights issue and a 10.89% bonus issue.

  • On Wednesday, the Chairman of the Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) participated in the proceedings of the Fifth International Scientific Conference on "In the Era of Contemporary Transformations," organized by the Financial and Accounting Training Center at the Ministry of Finance. He noted that as Iraq embarks on a crucial phase of economic transformation, it requires the development of modern financial markets characterized by efficiency and reliability, and which attract both local and foreign investment.   • Babylon Hotel (HBAY) invited its shareholders who did not receive their cash dividends for the fiscal years 1997 until 2022 to go to the company's hotel in order to receive them.

  • Two cross transactions occurred on 720.0 mn shares of Baghdad Soft Drinks (IBSD) on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, valued at IQD3.9 bn and corresponding to 0.4% of IBSD's capital.
  • Asiacell (TASC) has announced a partnership with Google Cloud to bring Google Workspace and other AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools to businesses and educational institutions across Iraq. Under the agreement, the operator will offer a portfolio that includes Google Workspace, Google Workspace for Education, Gemini Enterprise, and Google NotebookLM, aimed at supporting enterprise modernisation and digital transformation.   • Asiacell (TASC) has entered into a strategic partnership with Evam to implement the evamX real-time customer engagement platform across its nationwide operations. The agreement will enable the telecoms operator to deliver hyper-personalised marketing and customer interactions across its digital and traditional channels, using AI-driven automation and real-time data processing. The company said the move supports its wider digital transformation programme and strengthens its customer experience capabilities. (Iraqi Business News)
  • Economy Bank (BEFI) invited its shareholders to subscribe to 39.1 bn shares starting Nov. 30 from the capital increase to IQD300.0 bn through a 14.987% rights issue. The subscription period is no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days.
  • The ISC has approved the request of AL- Kindi of Veterinary Vaccines Drugs (IKLV) to have a two-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 6.57% bonus issue to IQD6.33 bn starting from Nov. 23, 2025.
  • According to the ISC decision on Nov. 25, 2025, the ISX transferred Modern Animal & Agricultural Production (AMAP) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Regular Market (RM) starting Dec. 1, 2025.
  • ISX suspended trading of the second issuance of Binaa bonds (the category of 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Dec. 2, 2025.
  • The procedures for quoting AL- Elaf Insurance Company (NELF) on the OTC platform with its capital of IQD15.0 bn have been completed based on the instructions of the Securities Commission. The process of creating share certificates for the company's shareholders began on Dec. 3. Trading will be launched after depositing 5% of the capital, or after 21 days from the deposit start date.

  • The ISC has approved the request of Credit Bank of Iraq (BROI) to have a four-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 16.61% rights issue and 8.44% bonus issue to IQD400.0 bn starting from Nov. 1, 2025.
  • Babil Animal & Vegetable Production (ABAP) fulfilled ISX's request to explain why the prices touched the lower limit on Oct. 23 and Oct. 28. The company disclosed that no fundamental events affected the price of shares and that its financial position is at its best, noting that most of their company's feed factories are offered for investment, and that the company's management is making efforts to reach an agreement with the private sector to invest in the company's sites.

  • ISX will suspend trading of Baghdad-Iraq Comp. for Public Trans. & Real Est. Inv. (SBPT) starting Nov. 19 due to the AGM that will be held on Nov. 24 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements and dividend distribution.
  • ISX will suspend trading of Iraqi Islamic Bank (BIIB) starting Nov. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Nov. 27 to discuss and approve the choice of continuing the bank's operations under the same current legal license while meeting the reform standards within the draft reform plan for the banking sector.
