- A cross transaction occurred on 1.4 bn shares of Bank of Baghdad (BBOB) on May 19, valued at IQD3.8 bn and corresponding to 0.4% of BBOB's capital.
- Three cross transactions occurred on 73.5 bn shares of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank (BQUR) on May 19, May 20, and May 21, valued at IQD73.5 bn and corresponding to 29.4% of BQUR's capital.
- According to the letter published by the ISC on May 19, AL -Rebass for Poultry & Feed (AREB) will be delisted from the ISX starting May 24, 2026, at its own request.
- The ISC has approved the request of Mosul Bank (BMFI) to have a two-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 7.92% rights issue and a 10.89% bonus issue to IQD300.0 bn starting from Apr. 30, 2026.
- Asiacell (TASC), a member of Qatar's Ooredoo Group, has signed a multi-year strategic partnership with French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The agreement is described as the first time an Iraqi company has entered a partnership of this scale with a global sports club. Under the agreement, Asiacell will serve as PSG's premium partner in Iraq, with the deal intended to develop both brands in the country. (Iraqi Business News)
- Zain Iraq has announced a strategic partnership with 1001, a digital streaming platform operating in Iraq, to provide eligible subscribers with access to entertainment and sports content at no extra cost. (Iraqi Business News)
- Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 2.6% bonus issue to IQD3.0 bn.
- Al-Zawraa for Financial Investment (VZAF) will hold its AGM on Jun. 14 to discuss and approve 2024 annual financial statements and to decide either to liquidate the company or to obtain approval to change the company's activity to another activity. The company had already been suspended from trading by ISX due to its failure to meet the requirements for maintaining a license.
- The procedures for quoting The National Company for Food Industries (INFF) on the OTC platform with its capital of IQD15.0 bn have been completed based on the instructions of the Securities Commission. The process of creating share certificates for the company's shareholders began on May 24. Trading will be launched after depositing 5% of the capital, or after 21 days from the deposit start date (Jun. 14).
- ISX will suspend trading of the second issuance of Emaar bonds (the category of 1,000,000 dinars) starting from May 25, 2026 due to distributing semi-annual coupon. The bonds will resume trading on May 31, 2026.

- Al-Mansour Bank (BMNS) invited its shareholders to receive their cash dividends for the fiscal year 2025 at the Bank's HQ, starting May 10, 2026. The company decided in its recent AGM (Mar. 17, 2026) to distribute IQD0.10 cash dividend per share, corresponding to a 4.7% dividend yield.
- Asiacell (TASC) has announced a strategic collaboration with 1001, Iraq's leading legal over-the-top (OTT) streaming platform, to provide Asiacell customers with complimentary access to premium licensed entertainment through selected Asiacell hard bundles. (Iraqi Business News)
- According to the ISC decision on May 11, 2026, the ISX transferred Iraqi Carton Manufacturies (IICM) from the Undisclosed Companies Market (UCM) to the Regular Market (RM) starting May 12, 2026.
- The Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) will hold its AGM on Jun. 27 to discuss and approve the annual financial statements of the ISX for the ending year Dec. 31, 2025, the report of the Board of Governors on the market activities for the year 2025, and ISX's program for the year 2026.

- A cross transaction occurred on 12.7 bn shares of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) on May 5, valued at IQD1.4 bn and corresponding to 4.8% of BERI's capital.
- The Chairman of the Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) stated that the Commission has completed its registration procedures in the national electronic signature certification system, becoming the first government entity in the Republic of Iraq to adopt this vital system, a significant step forward in the digital transformation process. (ISC)
- Regarding the capital increase decision of Economy Bank (BEFI) to reach IQD300.0 bn capital through a 14.987% rights issue, and due to the lack of 9.0 bn shares that were not subscribed to, the paid-in capital was able to reach IQD291.0 bn. BEFI has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase to IQD291.0 bn.
- The ISC has approved the request of Al Mustashar Islamic Bank (BMUI) to have a four-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 11.60% rights issue and an 8.40% bonus issue to IQD300.0 bn starting from Apr. 22, 2026.
- The ISC approved the request of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit their 2025 annual financial statements.
- The AGM of Iraqi For Tufted Carpets (IITC) has been postponed to May 18 due to the travel of the Chairman of the board.

- Nagham Hussein Ismail, Vice President of the Commission, represented the Commission's President at the 20th Annual Meeting of the Council of the Union of Arab Securities Authorities, held remotely under the presidency of the Republic of Tunisia. The meeting addressed several important topics, most notably the regulatory frameworks for cross-border financial activities, enhancing governance and cybersecurity, and reviewing the Union's strategic plan for the years 2026-2030, in addition to initiatives to raise investment awareness. - Further to the invitation to the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 3, Bank of Baghdad (BBOB) clarified that the proposed write-off of IQD49.2 bn non-performing loans is an accounting treatment aimed at improving asset quality and financial indicators. The Bank noted that these loans have been fully provisioned and classified as doubtful for an extended period, and will be transferred to off-balance sheet accounts in line with applicable standards, with any future recoveries recognized as income.
- The ISC approved the request of Baghdad-Iraq Comp. for Public Trans. & Real Est. Inv. (SBPT) for an additional extension period of 1 year to submit its 2025 annual financial statements.

- A cross transaction occurred on 26.5 bn shares of Erbil Bank for Investment & Finance (BERI) on Apr. 6, valued at IQD2.915 bn and corresponding to 10.0% of BERI's capital.
- National Company for Tourism Investment (HNTI) invited its shareholders who did not receive their cash dividends for 2023 and the previous fiscal years to go to the company's HQ in order to receive them.
- Investment Bank of Iraq (BIBI) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through a 2.08% rights issue and a 2.08% bonus issue to IQD300.0 bn.
- The ISC has approved the request of Economy Bank (BEFI) to have a four-month extension period to add the new shares from the capital increase through a 14.987% rights issue to IQD300.0 bn starting from Mar. 26, 2026.

- A cross transaction occurred on 179.0 mn shares of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) on Mar. 15, valued at IQD9.0 bn and corresponding to 6.1% of HMAN's capital.
- Al-Mansour Bank (BMNS) decided in its AGM held on Mar. 17 to increase the paid-in capital from IQD445.0 bn to IQD585.0 bn through a 31.46% bonus issue and to distribute IQD0.10 cash dividend per share corresponding to a 4.7% dividend yield.
- Fitch Ratings has affirmed Ameen Al-Iraq Islamic Bank (BAME) Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'CCC' and Viability Rating (VR) at 'ccc'. Fitch has withdrawn BAME's ratings for commercial reasons. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for BAME. (FitchRatings)
- Hammurabi Commercial Bank (BHAM) (OTC) invited its shareholders to subscribe to 66.3 bn shares starting Mar. 17 from the capital increase to IQD267.3 bn through a 32.985% rights issue. The subscription period is no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days.
- ISX suspended trading of Kirkuk Company for Producing Constructional Materials (IKFP) (OTC) starting Mar. 17 due to its postponed AGM, which will be held on Mar. 21 to discuss and approve annual financial statements from 2012 until 2018, and increasing the paid-in capital from IQD744.0 mn to IQD2.976 bn through a 300.0% rights issue. The company will resume trading on Mar. 24.
- ISX suspended trading of the second issuance of national bonds (the categories of 500,000 & 1,000,000 dinars) starting from Mar. 17, 2026, due to distributing semi-annual coupon. The bonds will resume trading on Mar. 24, 2026.
